please be advised that Kim Humphreys and Mark Humphreys are one and the same person.  My full name is mark Edward Kim Humphreys, but Kim is the name I use.  In terms of your classifications for me I have consistently supported
William Hague's line on a single european currency and am somewhat surprised that anyone could suggest that I am a europhile! I believe I was listed in the Times list before the general Election as a sceptic.  I trust this information is helpful.
