Jill Clark is a said to be a committed Europhile, and is married to long-time Tory Reform Group and Bow Group activist Peter Clark. She was once a Councillor in Hounslow (and lost her seat to Labour in 1994) and recently applied for several west London constituencies where she was far less sceptical about Europe than the selection committess wanted. I shall be delighted to change Miss Clark's classification if this information turns out to be mistaken. For the moment, however, I have classified her as a Europhile. Sean Gabb
