Dear Dr Gabb,
I have been reviewing your updates on Candidlist - which I get via Ian Geldard. I am a member in Hammersmith and Fulham, where we have recently reselected Mathew Carrington as our PPC. During the reselection he stated that "I personally can not conceive of a time when the circumstances would be right for us to join the Euro."
Prior to the meeting, where we reselected MC as our PPC I am fairly sure that he was down a "?" what has he said since to reevaluate your listing?
I would be very interested in any evidence you might have.
Yours sincerely,
Alex Karmel
Dear Mr Karmel,
Many thanks for your e-mail of last Sunday. I apologise for my relative lateness of reply, but have been working through a mass of correspondence.
On the strength of your assertion, I am happy to reclassify Mr Carrington as a don't know. In itself, his statement is not sufficiently in advance of the Hague statement to justify a reclassification to sceptic. To obtain this, I would invite him to take the Test which you will find on our Candidlist website.
We thank you for helping to make Candidlist more accurate.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Sean Gabb
